Happily married to Bro. Garfield Rose, a man of God, who shares her vision and supports his wife's extensive ministry with selfless loving care and understanding. Born on the island of Jamaica , West Indies . At age twelve, Bishop Rose was saved by the grace of God, baptized in the Holy Spirit, and called to the ministry. In preparation for ministry, she entered the Caribbean Pentecostal Bible College located in Manchester , Jamaica , in the West Indies , graduating with a diploma in Christian Ministry . She also hold degrees in Bachelor's degree in Theology from Cornerstone Bible College and Seminary in Texas , Doctor of Ministry from School of Bible Theology Seminary in California and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Bishop Rose is a sought after conference speaker, counselor and evangelist and continues to minister internationally. She has ministered in Nassau & Freeport, Bahamas, Canada , England , Dominica , Antigua , India , Nigeria , Ghana and extensively in Kenya , Trinidad & Tobago and also on the Island of St. Kitts & Nevis , where we have a fellowship of Churches. The ministry continues to flourish unto the glory of God and currently overseas ministries in Kenya , St. Kitts , Florida and two churches in Brooklyn New York.

The excellence of her counseling ministry had brought her face to face with the great needs of the impoverished people of New York City . Her heart has broken at the plight of battered women, prostitutes, drug addicts, alcoholics, abused children, delinquent teenagers, and the neglected elderly. Out of that broken heart was born the vision the Bethesda Healing Center ; sanctuary that ministers and serves as a lighthouse for the Brownsville Community. She not only ministers to members of her congregation but has an open door policy, to anyone that needs sound counsel and direction for their lives from God.
